The Giant Redwoods of Lotta are a little piece of America in Fanano, just three kilometres from the town centre.
These majestic American Sequoias can be discovered at Le Ville, on the “Around Fanano” walking trail, and stand in private gardens, brought here from the United States by an ancestor of the local Perfetti family.
They can also be reached by car, but we would suggest taking a pleasant walk to get here, perhaps parking in the centre of Lotta, which has carpark facilities.
The sight of these monumental trees gives out great vibes, especially if you try to stretch your arms around them, getting a true idea of the size of their trunk!
